no thats the problem.. the strange thing is, that my order is still in the shopping card too.. heres s screenshot: no DL
PS: damn i just signed a paypal account for that and now it doesnt work.. the money isnt on the paypal account anymore of course
Unreality, sorry for the glitch - we've not recieved any emails from you regarding this, or your problem would have been fixed right away!
We pride ourselves on customer service, and I'm glad that I keep returning to this thread to check in - or I would have never known....
Unfortunately, Paypal has a known bug, and if you didn't check all of the way out, through confirmation (as it seems here, your cart still has the download in it) paypal still processes the payment, yet the order does not go through the system.
Paypal can be an annoying little stickler due to this, and occasionaly we have to have fixes - which we have - we keep iPaypal around due to the high demand - loads of people use it - even if it has a minor glitch that happens occasionally
So bruv, its Sunday and I'm at work fixing your problem - hope you still love us, and your solution can be found in your inbox in roughly 5 minutes (I'm assuming your email addy is
uXreal-XlayeX@web.de - X's added for privacy)
if its not - please contact me as soon as possible so I can get you your track!

thx for your answer. i contacted you via your site some hours ago (after i wrote here) i just logged in again and still no download available, but if you are fixing it i would love you
hope everythings works out ok then i have to admit, that you have the best costumer service i experienced. one question.. whats iPayPal and what exactly did i wrong when using paypal ? if you didnt received my order in the system how do you know what i ordered ? well as you can see in the screenshot its "Scuba - Plate" in FLAC format. the email addy you mentioned is correct.. if you need my paypal confirmation mail tell me

iPaypal is a typo
heheh - I noticed that after hitting the submit button and am a bit too lazy to edit it - ipapal - a figment of my imagination that has no known bugs! haha
We will be upgrading the site to be flash based, and with that upgrade we will eliminate this bug - but until then, be sure to check all of the way out through all confirmation screens. And if you forget, I'll be right here to send you that fix again
