okay, noone was really moaning about bassline, or the tune (even if it is utter gash)
i was just agreeing with how annoying it is when people are chanting it over the top of a dubstep set, especially when joker's playing!
i'm not saying everyone should be silent in there, but a little hush from these guys would be just lovely.

fair enough
i bet Joker was probably quite enjoying having a noticable crowd reaction though, not thinking "god i wish they were all saying "brap" instead of "u wot" that would be far more pleasurable to mine ears"

well bassline is the next "urban" genre to get jumped on isent it?
That T2 tune came out and dj's started playing 4x4 with some vocals and a few boppy basslines. Its like the new speed garage so mainstream listeners can have somethin to play out there corsa's when there out trying to race old biddies in fiat panda's at the lights.
Im pretty ecclectic and to be fair the track was decent when it first came out in the club because to be fair when your pissed you'll pretty much dance to anything. But that was like the beggining of the year and seeing as that djq got alot of airplay there really isent anything thats knocked it off its podium to be chanted at clubs, apart from put a donk on it but thats just pure lol. I told the cashier at tesco to put a donk on it, endless entertainment.
20 squids though this will be the next track you'll hear at every club.

regardless of where it came from, ppl shouting "you wot" over tunes is fuckin annoying. Ive been to Leeds, Big Chill and Global Gathering this year and no matter wt the music was, ppl juss started shoutin it n peckin ma head. It's not that its from the song by DJ Q. They could be shoutin "DUBSTEPFORUM" for all i care but anything u hear all summer shouted wen ur trying to dance WILL DEFFINATELY piss u off.

yeah.
honestly, if you guys are all complaining about people chanting a bassline hook... you must not have it that bad. think of what the UK did to us in the US- you made one of the freshest genres of music(dubstep) and now we're all addicted, and don't have nearly as good of a scene...
almost every dubstep party i have been to has had only one or two females present. i roll in with 2 or 3 gals and the whole place is all about them. shitty.
i hate it. it's horrible partying with a bunch of males. gross even.
any US based dj's and producers:
do a good deed this week and hand out some good mixes to some ladies. please.
sorry this is off topic, i just had to rant because i would take some 'you wot's' over a bar full of dudes any day.
