i can't remember exactly how his mix was now, but what i do remember was that the atmosphere in that room was absolutely amazing. also, that was my first dubstep night i'd been to, so after only hearing it on my stereo for over a year, the excitement within me was so high it made everything ace! well, i remember skream started his set with the awesome steppin' outta babylon

I don't know much about sound systems, but I'm assuming that's big... What's Jerome's Bass Alliance, or Mungos? Mungos is the biggest I've heard I think, it was beastin...
The kode9 night back in april was 12K i think. Its was loud that night they had tweaked perfectly that night sounded awesome.
So 30k would be almost 3 times that haha, it'll be in bigger room that the vic i guess

lol! 30k! including the artschool pap
not trying to put this night down in the slightest but people are posting expecting a mammoth rig when i think its the artschool pa plus some of Kennys scoops and dont get me wrong BassWarrior is heavy and this night sounds great
also, you can rate a sound on many things but for example you can have 20k but only 10k of speakers also the 30k is not three times as loud as 10k.then theres efficency. trust your ears

know what you mean my ears have taken a battering this past year. been meaning to invest in decent set of ears plugs. Always end up buyin records & weed instead tho doh
I guess as mr mungo points out 30k wont be quite as earth shattering as i maybe thought. Given the state of ears probably good thing. reckon ill still try get my ear plugs sorted for this... as one things certain it wont be quiet

To clear up the system thing, bass warrior is bringing along an 8 bassbin system to add in to whats at the art school already, but as mungo's have pointed out, it doesnt mean that it will be 3 times louder than any thing weve used in the past, if that were that the case we would be damaging folks hearing!
Collected the tickets today, so they will in rub a dub etc tomorrow, and are on sale at ticket scotland now.

And, as its our birthday party, there are a few surprises. Pop down to the courtyard bar on the thursday night before where we are having a wee warm up sesh from 8pm. Its free entry all night, as long as you have a ticket to the art school. Show that at the door and your in.
Skream's gonna do a disco set with our barrie, and benga will have some tunes with him as well.
So you get two parties for the price of one, cant say fairer than that. There will be tickets available at the courtyard, so if you dont have one already then you can purchase one there from me at the door.

Its actually been longer, but it wasnt called fortified till we got into blackfriars.
Maybe we should have two birthdays like the queen does.
It'll be good to get a bit of that thursday night feel back for just the one evening.

I agree, terrible set.
Hopefully make it down for this
