The fourth installment of this years finest 7" series from the very clever All City crew comes courtesy of sometime Rush Hour and Kindred Spirits head Mweslee with two supremely abstract and psyched instro bangers fo' yo' mindz. 'Chandal 500' sounds like the runty offspring of a chance encounter between Prince, a big line of ketamine and a broken MPC and couldn't sound any better for it, this is some wild stuff! The flipside doesn't get any simpler, instead imagining a hybrid of Einsturzende Neubauten style industrial drums and feedback, meshed with Dilla style slouch funk and Aardvarck inspired beatdown. It might sound like too much, but the execution is just brilliant. Recommended!
