I'm going to try not to spend much money. I reckon this will last until about March before I get bored and decide I need a new toy, but my main aim is to start limiting my setup so that when I have a blank page in front of me, I don't have quite so many options and can hopefully start nailing down a "sound".

just bought some monitors before Christmas so dont really want to be spending a lot any time soon.

Hopefully some decent monitors and an external soundcard. I quite like the idea of a USB microphone aswell after seeing Rusko use his. I mite be tempted to buy a keyboard aswell, I get bored of using the mouse to create basslines.

jus got a novation sl and usb mic, so dont know how easy it will be to get it past wifey
but i want some new speakers and a sub,

i got da usb mic, YES because of the rusko video, was gonna get a normal condenser anyway.
didnt even know i could get a usb mic,
dosent mean i wanna lick ruskos balls tho,
