Probably the best ordinary blended teabags I have ever had were made by this company called The London Cuppa...

http://www.thelondoncuppa.com/

Check out their site purely for the really cheesy intro music!

PG Tips for first thing in the morning and 5-6pm relax time.
Houji, Jasmine, or Vanilla and Honey Camomile after dinner. All about the stomach settlers.

Best period heatwise for me is when it's straight out the kettle, the kind that burns your chest as it goes down. I still enjoy it after that but if someone puts me off after i've made a cuppa and I don't get to enjoy that just-made feeling then i'll likely pour it down the drain and make another.

Ran out of milk this morning, though heard you can put single cream into tea with a similar effect.

Tried this, then realised it was thick as fuck double cream. Shit. Instantly curdled. Spent about 5 minutes looking for a sieve to get all the creamy lumps out. Ended up scooping it out with a spoon.

Found the single cream, added a drop. DID EXACTLY THE FUCKING SAME. Couldn't be arsed and just drunk it.

Tea and music are possibly my two favourite things in the world! I drink mostly Japanese sencha green tea, I'm talking good quality, fresh, 1st flush leaf. I order it direct from Japan from the following sites...

http://www.o-cha.com
http://www.hibiki-an.com/

I also enjoy Chinese green, black and oolong teas which I get from a vendor in Hong Kong...

Hey, I could be addicted to much worse!

Deeep.

Do you have any info or links on beneficial/healing properties of different teas/leaves?

Wld be really interested in finding out more.

Have tried making homemade ginger and lemon chai before and that was dope.

wow lovin the japanese tea with ceremonial trimmings, might have to get me some of that

big fan of PG tips, can't honestly say anything comes close imo (esp typhoo, what are you thinkin deams? thats some dissapointing holiday tea bussiness!)

also like rooibosh (sorry cant be arsed to remember proper spelling), but only with milk, hippies step off, and on occasion Lapsang Souchong, but you have to pretend your in a smoky monastery in the himalayas to appreciate it.

Yes chai is the one especially when you drink it in India.

4 spoons of sugar, hot milk no water in a little mug!!

But as i have given up caffeine and dairy, its gotta be decaf-soya chai with cardamoms, cinnamons and cloves..mmm!
