Quality. I don't think they use Ketamine with any regularity to extract teeth. I could be wrong though. That definitely looks like the times I've collided with Ketamine.

Its a very safe anesthetic in the scheme of things. The only reason it isnt used for everything is because of the excessive snapping of reality it causes. It doesn't suppress breathing as much as other things as well.
