Quality. I don't think they use Ketamine with any regularity to extract teeth. I could be wrong though. That definitely looks like the times I've collided with Ketamine.

Its a very safe anesthetic in the scheme of things. The only reason it isnt used for everything is because of the excessive snapping of reality it causes.
