it baffles me , other than danny glover , he should rap and never ever dream of killing the predator.

Morgan Freeman was kicking off abouth the same thing,
there are good black actors but if its a small part they get fredro starr or fuckin lil boo hoo or whatever the little gang bangers name is!

its dry, so kano , dizee , if your reading......

you must think first, before you move.

one of my favourite films of all time. for god's sake, see it! it's flawed, and annoying, and full of ott spike lee-isms, but nonetheless it is SO worth seeing. if only for the arguments you will inevitably have with your mates afterwards! the credits sequence at the end pisses all over von trier's clever-clever credits sequence in dogville, is all i will say by way of spoilers.

Clockers! One of the TRUE under-rated movies. Not like when people say they think Lawrence of Arabia or Citizen Kane is "under-rated". The interrogation scene where it's shot as a reflection off Mekhi Phifer's eyeball is magic! Book's even better though, Richard Price. Pity Freedomland was bumstick though.

sorry for going back on topic *cough*, but mos def was good in that film "something the lord made" which was about the black man who performed the first successful heart artery surgery. i think it was a made-for-tv movie though, so maybe it doesnt count

yeah Bamboozled blew me away just because at the end of the film, you are left with a muss of jumbled up feelings about the whole thing. and hell yes, will it start some good debates after watching.

yes, spike uses a lot of stereotypes, but this is one of the films where i actually think he used them well artistically to make quite a few different points about all of them.
