anyone see the article in the independent today? says expert opinion broadcasts an epidemic of court cases against companies following a landmark ruling in which a woman in the US sued her company because she killed someone while she was driving, because she was checking her blackberry! sounds fucking nuts to me, i'd like to read up on the case cos that seems fucking ridiculous

You know when you travel, you state in your outlook "i am away etc, for further info etc, please contact so and so" usually your p.a or associate...

well now my fuckin cio has said...we can't put these up when we're travelling because we have to respond to whatever mail, asap, regardless of where we are etc...because that is the point of a blackberry...
