It's a worm that installs software --> only thing it will do is make your pc slower. Like article said it's probably gonna be used as a botnet, just like SETI@Home and that shit.
Anyway, I wish my programming skills were big enough to write worms like that. Make it, put it on the internet, wait a few months, sell its capacity for a few million dollars. DDOS the government.
