Need this song!
Edit: I could of mixed better than what Skream did on that set and i have been mixing for like 2-3 months. It's a shame, on his Stella Sessions he does some sick mixes. He needs to stop drinking so much as the result is him being shit live! I would of been dissapointed if i paid to see him then he mixed like that, it's your job as a DJ, do it right then get drunk if you can't handle doing them both at the same time.
This^
Some of his older sets sound like they were done by someone else compared to what I hear from him now days.
Dubstep is the only genre I have seen where nonstop spin backs and trainwrecks are acceptable.
I look forward to hearing the others, peace.
too true, the standard of dubstep djing at some of the highest levels is apauling at times imo. Its really not acceptable as people pay money to see DJs 'DJ' not to just stop and start big tunes. This culture needs to be stamped out, cus its all well and good once in a while for a DJ to be off point, but wen ive seen some DJs 3 or 4 times and theyve been consistently very bad its not a good look for the scene and the people pioneering it. Especially for people who are coming into the sound and they think that these examples are representative of the whole scene.

lol @ above
agree though, saw headhunter couple of days ago, now THAT was set

Wish that every top-dubstep-dj played sets like that!

Think it is more up to promoters to to stop booking 'producers' to DJ at their nights.
Like someone has already said its not good for new people who are coming to hear Dusbtep from other genres.
I took some friends to one of the biggest nights in London and it was quite embarrassing. If it is not non stop pull-ups its trainwrecks with a spin off and that's not cool when people are paying £15/£20 to get in.

Yep, I agree, however in reality it doesn't really work like that. If you're out of the UK and booking a British DJ or producer there are a lot of costs involved, and your outcome will probably be better booking a big producer than an amazing DJ.

Finding the right balance is the one. There are some guys who are making good tunes who can mix very well;)

Yeah just look at Plastician (i know he doesn't whack tunes out like Skream or Benga but he's still bringing them), Seven, N-Type, Youngsta. All fucking sick DJ's and all of them produce heavy tunes.
Just because it's the "Almighty" Skream doesn't mean it's gonna be good and just because you have made alot of bangers and are big in the game doesn't mean you can be shit. Your big in the game for a reason! Benga is a better producer in my opinion and is on the same level as Skream and you don't see him getting so drunk that he can't mix without wheeling-out everything.
Bottom line, it's your job to DJ not fuck around on stage. Thats not what your getting paid to do. Like someone said it's up to the promoters but if i was a promoter i wouldn't expect someone get get too drunk to mix before there set however big you are, stupid.

Ok, that would apologise the bad mixing.
But I am asking me, why playing so much shows in a couple of days, nearly without sleep, when the quality of the shows soffers from that point. Why not sparing some shows, sleeping a night and playing a set that blows out everyones mind?
Plastician blew me away, big tracks, no perfect mixing, but still nice.
Is there a chance for a tracklist?
D-Bridge is on the load at the moment.

Yeah exactly, if you can't handle doing that many nights in a row without your set suffering, don't do it!
