A year in prison for that shit is a fucking disgrace, rapists get less here. Also the judge was a member of an anti-piracy organization. They're defo going to appeal.
They got convicted because they were rude to anti-piracy organizations and refused to moderate their site, and they get jail time. Sure piracy is harmful to artists and all but the way this trial was carried out sucks.
