The reason why I need a really reputable and really good mastering service is because I have gone pretty much as loud and as clear as it can be on my own, But I want it to be clearer. All of my eqing mastering and compression is pretty much good to go. Thats is why I need someone who is really really good because I need someone who can pretty much take something that is "mastered" and master it better. I am going to check into this Macc guy. I just wish that he had more examples of stuff on his site on his website. I'll post an example of what I need mastered a bit later today.

Some very kind words in this thread, thanks all. Just doing my thing :)

To the OP, I'm always about, don't hesitate to get in touch and have a chat. To be perfectly honest I'm not sure what you're looking for based on what you've said in this thread, so you're welcome to get in touch (better done by email really).

About examples btw - I'd rather have NONE on the site for exactly the reason you want more. There's an infinite variety and everything is individual, examples are mainly there cos a) people moaned until I gave in, and b) to show we don't completely mess eveything up :6: They're pretty old now anyway and the setup has changed so much since then. Oh, and no money changes hands until you're happy, so there's no risk on your part.

Last, it has to be said there are plenty of options about, for ALL budgets, so don't be shy to ask around and see who you like the sound of/feel you can get on with/etc :) Just cos I waffle on round here and other forums doesn't mean you shouldn't shop around. If you want my advice then go to Beau at Masterpiece cos he's the daddy, but it might be a bit expensive... :D

I'm totally gonna keep you in mind for sure Macc. I do plan on shopping around as well but you've got some good testimonies here for sure.

I basically just want this to sound a little more spacious and clear and more like it was mastered by a proffesional I guess lol. It is kind of hard to explain a specific end product.

just a clip of the specific tune for anyone whos curious as to what I mean or what I need.Keep in mind that this is my own master so I would obviously have to send it in a lot less limited. But this is pretty much as close as I can get it to sound how I want it to.

Hi everyone, don't mean to jump in in a rude way, but check us out too.

www.fatasfunk.com

We're well established for several years now, I'm the regular guy for all the projects of the ex-head of A&R for Warner Chappell, & are outsourced from a couple of pressing plants, as well as managers, labels, indie producers etc. (Check out the testimonials on our site)

We're decent prices too, & give a free demo for new clients.

There are indeed plenty of options out there, & initially it's a combination of budget, communication between yourself & the ME, & industry recommendation. At the end of the day though it's all about the end result.

Best of luck with the track anyway, whoever you choose.
