I guess Reasons new dongle has my panties in a bunch. But seriously I know anything is possible in Reason, but when do you draw the line. Learning all about the synths is fun and educational, youll be able to program any synth. But say you want a tape echo...ok no presets are even close...No problem just wire one up...ok so what now, go study audio engineering deconstruct a tape echo and simply wire one up in Reason...or hope someone has made a combi of a tape echo...There I can continue.
Now to master my tune and make it sound professional...Audio engineering 101 here I come again.
I have used Reason for years and done so many workarounds for stuff they finally started to address 6 years after, side chain compression anyone?

Or use logic, get a tape echo vst, done. Mastering to a pro level is as simple as it gets. Stuff Reason is fianally getting and stuff they will maybe add in the future are all here in Logic since forever.

Ninjadog u nailed it
100% agree
I have ditsy with reason for YEARS and came up with work arounds for anything and everything (some of them didnt work as well as others, such as my many attempts on reason time stretching, works but not the best)

I have recently started rewiring into logic a couple months ago and its been GREAT!
