There are more tunes made and being made than you have hours in the day mate.

Probably worth just concerning yourself with finding out what you like, and digging deeper into it!

On the other hand, if you are determined, it's probably worth your while to listen to the whole back catalogues of some of the bigger labels, e.g.:
Tempa
DMZ
Tectonic
Hyperdub
Hotflush

etc...
