One of my least favourite exercises, still do dem doe.

My mate has just become a personal trainer, so he's writing a program for me, 4 weeks of plyometrics, 4 weeks of training, 4 weeks of plyo...

At the mo, 182cm, 84kg. Squat and Bench 1 rep max is 100kg, but usually only get up 90kg squat, 85kg bench. Deadlift is lacking though, usually only do 80kg.

dunno bout steds mate. all the guys Ive seen on em there faces go weird.

my routine, not really pro or owt just to keep me feeling strongish:
plank between 3.30 and 5 minutes
pull ups rasing my lower body (legs straight, back straight) to about shoulder height. 3 to 5 sets of 5 to 10
squats; 200 to 300.

pretty lame compared to tru heads but keeps me good

Yeah Ive got some mates who have done them, as long as you do your PCT properly afterwards you'll be fine. and avoid oral steroids, they fuck your liver up big time, get in in your botty and all's good.

i cba though

i swear if you do steroids you need a sick a/f training plan and the motivation to stick to it

like if you kept copping out and just doing chest or arms everyday you'd end up looking weird as fuck... like most people on steroids do

i wouldnt personally take steroids but i have seen some people where they have worked well with no side effects and some people where they have not got as big as they thought with bad side effects

if you are going to do it then be careful

i recommend the t-nation steriod board for some background reading

http://tnation.t-nation.com/free_online ... umIndexCat

or swole source

http://www.swolesource.com/forum/forum.php#enhancement

be carefuly and remember to cycle and you should be fine

Anyone in here do Yoga or anything similar? Thinking of starting it up as something to do outside the gym.

a friend of mine does yoga as he drank too much red wine when he was younger and developed gout despite being in his early 30s and it helps relieve the pain

other than aforementioned gout or being in posession of a vagina ive never seen much cause for yoga

what is maknig you want to do it and what are the alternatives

Flexibility and core strength away from the gym. Heard it's good for joint strength too. Preparing hard for pre-season at the mo, and my knee is suddenly playing up again, has cost me a week in the gym, so looking for stuff to do outside of it too.

Alternatives: Just don't do it.
