Loosen up the top of the heel by bending it to and fro. Wear plasters on achilles in preparation.

yeah i've had some success with taking a hammer to the heel of the shoe to soften the leather a bit

She's had gastro for over 24 hours, and it won't stop and is dehydrated, she's alright just sick of waiting lol, kinda expected a wait tho. been here for 4 hours now, and she's just waiting to get on a drip. Looks like no sleep for me, it's 4am here, and only have 10% battery left wah, haha

Madness. Im surprised they didnt just send you away with Dyrolyte which is basically a sugar/salt mix you add to water to rehydrate yourself with. Drip must be because shes gone past that point which is abit nuts but then if you have sat around in a waiting room for so long I guess thats how it goes.

arggh over this fucking head cold. don't have time for this shit. well under budget for the week. balls

forgot to lock my door when i left the house so had to tube and bus it back again, which just made everything super extra long and cost me a ton in transport i could have done with. had to stay an extra 45 mins on my shift which covers that i guess... then just missed a bus and had to wait tiiiime for another. then spent TIIIIIME on the bus still feeling like shit from my visit home (dunno if i posted this but my brother was in shoes with holes in for weeks! WEEKS!) and now i have to wait up for my meds to kick in before i can even sleep. just eurgh. i need a rest, this is all making me depressed. but tomorrow i have to sort a load of shit out that i can't really be fucking arsed with
