Heresy!! Ive tried logic and its good, the "comping" thing is amazing il give it that. But i have Vst plugins that i dont think work as Au's (mostly my FSU's) have been thinking maybe moving over to Reaper, Fl Studio or Ableton... $60 for reaper sounds pretty good.. cubase has just really let me down this weekSonika wrote:Fbac wrote:&^%* cubase doesnt export video! Jake dark stopped making plugins and as far as i know he never made any AU versions.. same for the alpha1 or whatever its called.. random sequencer, but any other main software yea i got AU versions for its just the weird little plugins ive got made by randoms i doubt il have .AU's for.. could always look i guess. nuclear cranium took me awhile to find for example!Sonika wrote:Fbac wrote:Heresy!! Reaper's great. And extremely cheap for a fully fledged DAW.
I prefer fl's sequencing, but it's very tempting to move to Reaper for the mixdowns.

Naw I'm doing my family rotation in the Hat, 3 hours south of Calgary. Had to drive up to Calgary and back in a day just to hear "yeah this really isn't making any sense given your marks on the final exam, we're going to investigate further..." Definitely could have just done all that by phone, but whatever I suppose, my garden needed watering after that hot spellkidshuffle wrote:are you driving back and forth from bc or something? or up north?

I posted in a soundtrack forum to get some feedback on a 2min piece i need to submit next week... 52 views and no feedback,, 3 comments , all unhelpful "whats the punchline?" "i think hes trying to sell roger another kitchen sink" and an apology for the above comment... and that they cant feedback cause the original is done by there favorite composer...
