my only rulez: eat at like whatever o clock at night and then wait like 16 hours to eat
i dont really care what the meal size or times are like, i just eat whenevs
but dude i don't think i could do it without caffeine or my stomach would have pissed me off the whole time. i'm probably adjusted by now

Yeah, maybe I'll need to adjust to drinking black coffee instead. I've been feeling like rat shit all morning with out it. I read that anything under 50 cal doesn't break the fast

do you lose muscle doing intermittent fasting?
just done my first set of kettle bell swings took a while to get my form right with and only starting with 35lb but 3 sets of 20 still worked me
going to look at a expanding routine tomorrow with thrusters then this elbow twist thing i saw that's supposed to be good for mma core strength

No, you don't lose muscle. Ur still eating the same amounts, ur just setting a window for when u eat. U would have to go a really long time without eating to start losing muscle
