Yeah, maybe I'll need to adjust to drinking black coffee instead. I've been feeling like rat shit all morning with out it. I read that anything under 50 cal doesn't break the fast

do you lose muscle doing intermittent fasting?
just done my first set of kettle bell swings took a while to get my form right with and only starting with 35lb but 3 sets of 20 still worked me
going to look at a expanding routine tomorrow with thrusters then this elbow twist thing i saw that's supposed to be good for mma core strength

No, you don't lose muscle. Ur still eating the same amounts, ur just setting a window for when u eat. U would have to go a really long time without eating to start losing muscle

my mum does xfit and fuck it's so painful how all she wants to talk about is her shitball wods. "we did 20 up and unders, 30 down and overs, ran 100 metres and one guy deadlifted 300kg entirely with his lower back"
I asked her if any of her loser xfit buddies tried intermittent fasting and she replied "oh no, they all do the paleo diet".
