She's useless and she's being defended by the union.
The union says we should train her to be good at her job.
The job description asks for a skilled Industrial Engineer.
We get horribly unskilled candidates, they employ a useless fuckwit and now we must show her how to do the job.
Yet I had to come with major experience to get my job but because she's black, she should get a job that should be done by a far higher skilled person.
But it's ok, we must train her.
That's a horrible double standard.
As I said, she can't copy and paste yet they are defending her and making out like I'm racists because I say she's useless, which she is.
