idk dude pretty soon i hope

i started right around the holidays and i've seen good progress already with my lower ab vascularity, the best indicator for my bod fat progress

just keep at it, maybe do some steady state cardio if you are feeling discouraged

I was sorta joking. I wouldn't expect to see too much of a change for the first few weeks.

It's all good now though, my body has adjusted to training without food and eating so late in the day (drinking black coffee has been a huge saviour). It feels a bit too easy atm

Yea, ive noticed that like i just generally have more energy even running on no food, and tend to eat a bit less and are more full overall during my eating window

Not an expert, but at a basic level, you'll have to bulk and then cut. Eat shit loads > gain weight (inc. muscle mass) > stop eating shit loads and begin eating "less" than you need (gotta eat right though) > lose body fat, become "toned"
You can cut body fat and gain muscle mass at the same time of you cut both fats and carbs from your diet.

Ive got a mate who takes carb cycling really seriously, he firmly believes that he can lose fat and gain muscle at the same time, seems to work for him but it sounds like a headache

Lol your right. I'm on a almost all protein diet-food and protein shake, and I can't stop farting or having to shit 3/4 times a day.

I'm not fat but just want get some abs going on my stomach, that's why I'm trying lose a bit of weight then gain some mass and muscle.

What sort of foods do you recommend?
