ah nono man i jsut dont give up on old shit
like if those tunes suck now i will try to get bette again and change them tiny bit again
it might be wrong to upload them several times but fuck it
imo its def wrong to through ideas away that might be old or bad mix or whatever even if the genre you produced them in is dying who gives a fuck dragons died too
THEY ARE STILL COOL

Cheers mate, yeah trying to get a boomy + heavy kick sound thats roomy as well (its layered with a floor tom too) but definitely sounding too muddy atm
Sure ill send you some stems when i finish a final version. Send me the stems of your techno track from last week with the droney weird jazz intro and we can have a little remix swap

Im down for this, I'm gonna take another pass at the tune tonight mainly just to clean up some dodgey automation thats been bothering me and I'll stem it out for ya.

FEEDBACK
cyclopian
really nice intro

sampled?
dunno if you should drop the bassdrum at a low level cause i like this rising sound alot hm yeah i guess it works
maybe some occasional hits from the start? far in the back
developes nice
i guess yeah i miss some of the sounds from the beginning for sure personally those jazz hits
but besides that very moving great atmosphere but i would say bring some of the stuff from the start back at 3.30 or earlier

imho
dfaultuzr
great vibe
only thing i have to agree is maybe bit more power on the drums or put some snare mono or sth
but all there jsut too short again
yilan
nice intro too
wierd drums but do work
haha the panning nice
love the vocal shouts maybe bit more audible? a tad
yeah def a nice one
bring those loudert vocals earlier too imo
yeah this one is really good def should promote it maybe clean out the last parts where its bit sharp or tiny bit muddy but overall great vibe

thanks for the feedback guys, yeah i know my <1min sample flips are lazy...
@cyclopian:sound design on your intro is really impressive, proper roly porter vibes... mixdown wise, it sounds to me as if your kick could cut more through your mix, like it seems to get increasingly muddied as you bring in more elements in the background, but maybe that's just my headphones. in any case, i'm nitpicking really, its a sick track
@bud:nice one again, really liking your tuna output these last few weeks. can't really pinpoint anything wrong with it, maybe it could be a tad longer as suggested by nwj (i'll try to give a proper listen to your ep and feedback later)
@yilan: is the gamelan a sample? liking the way it sounds. i feel like you could bring in another element after 1:35, like maybe a gnarly stab punctuating the snare every 8/16 bars, also i'd have more incidentals/random moments like the one w/ the short vocal snippet at or when you break it around the 3:00 mark

HIT ME UP THIS WEEK.
I won't have a track. I'm still rebuilding my desk, let alone running electricity etc, and then even setting up. So no tune from me for a while. Least I can do is host it up.
TRACKS TO NWJ
