I feel like that. I have derealisation which is making me feel like I'm insane. I got diagnosed with aspergers at Xmas and was advised to leave uni and take time off to 'find myself'. So far the only thing I've found is that my gf was a cheating tnuc, my friends have moved on and I'm really, really good at battlefield 3. Im so depressed and lost.
