swiss ball jack knifes are phenomenal core exercises.

I superset my core exercises. kneeling cable crunch, high-to-low cable wood chop, plate twists and swiss ball jack knife. All reps of 20

wheeeeeey

yeah i likve the wheel things, good to do after ab exercises, I find they stretch my lats a lot too and work my deltoids a lot more than I expected, maybe my technique is wrong? but i'm happy with it

edit - lol might try doing ab wheel with my legs on the swiss ball if i ever get my core strong enough, sounds intense

ooooh yeah i got dead lifts tomorrow, cant wait actually, they get me hyped.

is it bad to try and do a little shrug whilst at the top? not with the heaviest weights, 60-80 kilos, it really helps work on my traps but might be bad

If you're doing lower weight and you have perfect form then I can't see why not.

my problem with dieting is i just cant get used to small portions. when i eat i wanna eat till i feel sick

so yeh this is perfect, the fast is fine cus i know im gonna get to eat later

also i 100% feel i have way more energy when i work out in the fast its weird

I keep getting fucking sore, all over, for ages, can't do gym today, i'm missing 2 days a week because of recovery, is there something to take for that? amino acids or something? did legs 3 days ago and my calves are still fucked, I don't think it's from over working, just slow recovery.

zmas help with muscle recovery

and cold showers when youre done with the gym to reduce soreness

yes zma is zinc magnesium

i take three caps before bed on training days

get proper lucid dreams off it too :D

if youre taking protein before bed have the zma 30mins before the protein to give the minerals chance to start absorbing otherwise it can mess with calcium based protein absorption
