One of my favourite films.
It's cool how you can see elements of Alien in it.

Thought it was pretty good. A few funny moments and the whole time travel, inter-dimensional travel idea was interesting. Not a big fan of Will Ferrel but Danny McBride always cracks me up.
Parson, you seen this?
Full of triangles. The portals/gateways are all triangles, as are the crystals that power them.

yeah loved it. coincidentally watched another movie called Triangle right after it, which continued with the same theme. check out The Last Mimzy too if you haven't.

Just watchde Hellboy II: The Golden Army and really enjoyed it, is the first one any good? I normally give things like this a wide birth but it was great with some awesome creatures.

I saw 2001: A Space Odyssey again for the third time.
I still don't know what to make about some bits of it, but I am beginning to understand the underlying messages about nature's relationship with technology.

It's kind of a modern extension of Jules et Jim - more of an exercise in exploring the
problems and pitfalls of monogamy and relationships between 20/30-somethings.
It's not amazing - in some parts of it, the script is horrifically shit. BUT, Downey Jr.
is very good in it. The gunshot scene is pretty funny.

Sherlock Holmes.
It was rubbish. After about 30 minutes i was hoping that my dvd player would pack up. Terribly boring. Also what happened to his dearstalker, tweed and ludicrously large pipe?

Saw VI
0.5/10
One of the worst films I've ever seen. Just like the others I'm sure. Terrible acting, terrible plot, don't know how they do so well. Joke.

That series has got so much fail in it now, it's unbelievable. I really enjoyed the first one, but as much for the reveal as anything else... they've somehow string out the franchise for 5 more movies with no plot left whatsoever.

Second time I've watched this. I thought it was great, definitely not the Coen's best but a good film nonetheless.

Got caught off guard by this. God this film was bleak. Pretty harsh for a kids film.
