I just made the daddy of omelette's - I dunno why but snow days always makes me wanna eat a omelette haha.. anyways!
Legend4ry's mighty snow day omelette feast.
5 eggs
3 rashers of bacon - full not cut into bits.
Tomato
Jolly Green Sweet Corn - small tin.
pre-cooked chicken (like the chunks for sandwiches)
Chedder & Red Lester cheese
Whisk your eggs - pre cook your bacon
Chop your tomato into semi-thin slices - part-fry them so the edges are crispy.
Grate your cheese.
Wack the whisks eggs in - wait till bottom is starting to crisp - flip for 10 seconds, flip back - wack everything in - fold, squash with spatula each side
Serve.

Feeds 1, if you're a fatty like me.

5 eggs or 0 eggs!
Its a mighty FEAST not no light snack! It did take me a good 25 minutes to eat it and 2 beers haha!
I also hate the way people make omelettes what have everything inbedded in it - I just cook it then wack everything in like a yummy eggy sandwich.

I wouldn't worry man, I regularly have 4/5 egg omlettes before going down the gym. Balance it out with a big fuck off bag of spinach from Sainsburys to give you a nutrients kick and you're away.
After about a week or so of that, it's like shitting a breeze block.

Eh, I get that too. Like people will ask me "what do I DJ", at which point the generic response is "dance music"
Most of them just leave it there.

Yeah - its all about just saying "yeah - dance music". If they actually care/know about dance music they'll say "oh what kind?" then you can bust the dubstep bomb.

that's a good generic response to have..however what does actually bother is when someone will overhear what i'm listening to and then..."you listen to techno?"
