If you want loud and fast I suggest checking these bands out.

Spazz, Lack of Interest, Infest, Jesus Crost, Gride, Lycanthrophy, Napalm Death (earlier stuff), Extreme Noise Terror and Brutal Truth.

If you want something on a bit of a more metal tip, look towards Nasum, Looking for an Answer, Insect Warfare, Pretty Little Flower, Wormrot, Nashgul, Fromtheashes and Repulsion.
