My father-in-law just phoned claiming his laptop is farked.
Says it won't turn on and the light just flashes.
According to him it's a virus that has farked his laptop.
I ask why he thinks this is the case knowing he has just put the laptop into sleep mode.
So he proceeds to tell me that he got a call from a Microsoft employee that was trying to help him to solve the virus issue by logging onto his pc via remote desktop.
An Indian chap that just randomly called him up and claimed to be from microsoft.
Luckily he called me to check if it was legit which I naturally claimed not a fuck.
I told him to hold the power button down to bring it out of sleep.
Miraculously solved.
