The fun is honestly endless. Honestly the most fuckin annoying thing in that game though are those meteor monsters that come at you at all sides when you're trying to mine the damn meteor. FUCK those things.

I seriously wasted $50 on this game. Farcry had some compatibility issues with lappy GPUs. I doubt it applies to everyone but there is a huge shading issue with my Radeon 7970m. Tried all the settings, game crashes in Directx9, updated the cards driver to 13.1 which 'supposedly' increased performance for Farcry 3, and bleh.

On top of that, I can't add graphical/texture mods to any game made by bethesda because it doesn't recognize my card even though that's what it's using. The mods are all shown in the data files in the launcher but they just won't actually alter the game. This thing has been nothing but trouble ever since I got it. But I am getting 60+ FPS in Skyrim on ultra so it's not all bad

I don't understand my logic was when I bough it, seeing as I never move it and I've never had opportunities to get in on a LAN party. What card are you running right now?

Well, I put together a desktop with a gtx 680 about a year ago and that's what I'm using now. The laptop had a 8800mgts one of the cards with the solder issues. It died after a year and a half.

If you want mobility build a micro atx or mini itx rig. You can fit all kinds of things in those cases now.

I'm going to need to do some comparisons on some different mobo/chasis form factors to decide what I should potentialy grab. I've been taking training courses online, trying to get into the IT field (hopefully networking / security), and they are extremely outdated. Made in 2009 before win7 was even really recognized. I have plenty of time to research the up to date hardware components though, my money is going towards savings right now due to an upcomming outsourcing issue I have to deal with come september.
