I had this problem until recently, although to be fair yours doesn't sound all that lacking treble. I found that getting the right samples was key. In terms of drums, as the production bible rightly instructs - spend the time to layer up elements of your percussion. Like the punch of that snare? Keep the attack, but combine it with the bassy reverb of that other snare you've found somewhere else. Export that as its own sample, then for the kick, and so on.
TBH, the killer in most production is copy/paste. Ypu can hear straight off when someone's duplicating elements to stretch out across the minutes. I do it all the time but I'm trying to stop myself. Its like the difference between a Photoshop filter and a handdrawn sketch - we can feel when time's gone in to every second and every detail of a tune. Try spending a day putting breaks and alternate patterns for your drums, it'll work wonders.
Good tune you've got going there son, like the feel.
Yeah, I would say add more percussion to keep the vibe more uptempo ish.... I just had a listen on my crappy pc speakers at work so can't hear all the detail but to get it crispy, use some compression on your drum tracks, different types of percussion ie; a few different kinds of hats, some off beat some on, maybe throw in some white noise zaps here and there....
Still, good track so far mate

Feedback is much appreciated
Nice nice! Yeah it does need that 2nd bassline, and maybe some percussions.
Probably it's because my ears got used to being raped by Widdler, but to funken things up, you could add some delayed (maybe 8bit) beeps..maybeh?
I dunno.. Sounds nice though. I like it.
Both are sick. I like them very much.
I like the basslines in both especially in the second one.
The first one (probably because of the glitch sample) reminds me of Skream - The Shining.
You (and everyone who does as you do too) has my respect, because this is dubstep, not the disgusting rave shit Rusko and his followers produce.

Hi guys, I'd like to receive some critique/feedback on a song I'm trying to finish.
The drums (kick1, kick2, hihat) will be replaced no matter what because they don't sound good & aren't punchy enough.
So here:
Firstly, if you do not know this video, you will not understand the point of the "joke" or "purpose" of the song. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yavx9yxTrsw (didn't embed because then my post would have taken up the whole page.)
