Don't mind paying extra for t-shirts and shit as long as they're decent designs cause labels don't make a huge amount off vinyls.. I like to think the extra markup goes back into funding the label although I know I'm probably being naive

Hyperdub for example is crazy, like £35 for a plain t-shirt with a tiny Hyperdub logo lol. At least the Deep Medi/Swamp T's are more than just the label logo. Always surprised Tempa never went and done some T's other than a huge logo.. their vinyl artwork is amazing.

I miss my granny a lot, my other one too, it's strange I've always heard about people having 1 granny or none and now in 2 years I've lost both, the one made me love my books, the other one made me love painting (her paintings are beautifull, mostly flowers), comics and books as well they made me love live and appreciate everything. Both were one of the few voices of reason in life and 2 out of 4 ppl I respect the most. I can't bear to speak up about it to anyone.

labels aren't exactly rolling in money last time i checked, with each small independent struggling to make ends meet release to release. if its a good label i'd rather pay the price of a burger king meal or the price of 2 beers or the price of a pack of 10 pairs of socks from asda's worth of money over the odds for some nice branded shit if it was gonna help them stay afloat.

It's the smaller labels that tend to have the more reasonable prices. It's the hyperdubs I'm on about, like Muncey mentioned, £35 for a basic black t-shirt with a small printed logo.

I'm all for supporting small labels by making purchases that are over the true value, but I still think some are taking the piss, there's no need to back em to the end of the earth because they release sick tunes and are independent. We're probably not gonna agree though, so I'll just leave it now.
