I know you're still at school, but in the context of the sentence the former clearly meant the first of the two descriptions. It's not even debatable tbh, basic literacy.

quite interested to see what cultmusic has to offer, if it even exists, or plans to exist, can never tell if he's serious or being aloof

the little clips he uploads are okay, i just wanna hear good quality, full length tunes for fucks sake, the ones dusk and blackdown played on that eski special, they were the ones
