All ive ingested for the past few days has been beer, rum, quaker oats and subway. I feel like im going to burst but i hate pooing at work, it genuinely scares me a bit. Luckily we have ramadan hours and after 2PM itll be really quiet (Ill be able to poo in my boss's personal toilet).
Also if you put face inside the neck of your top whilst pooing and smell, it magnifies the smell greatly - I only recommend this if your an experienced poo person.

to be more precise I like a wipe followed by a bit of tissue so the area isn't damp
and then maybe some cream
