Ok no worry's,like i said i'm nearly done with this weeks,bit more of the arrangement to do but i think i'm there should be ready for saturday no matter what.I got a feeling this thread is going to go dead pretty quick,dosn't seem to be getting as much interest as the first week.I'm still up for churning a tune out a week if you are ehb so fuck em lol

I would of liked to here you tear it up on the mic you never know you kight of smashed it.The thing i like about this thread idea is i hit flat points where i can't be arsed and end up ragging my ps3 or watching shite on the tv so this thread has got me well motivated.I think maybe the more we let it rumble on the more people might get involved...well hopefully.

REALLY REALLY close to done, just finishing up, it should be up in soundcloud by mid day tomorrow - I really like mine, it's got a lot of rich strings in it (I sampled some real orchestral strings)

No, you can't take it from a synth

The sampled drums sort of defeats the purpose. Most people sample drums. It's more about sampling a real instrument sample, such as flutes, horns, guitar, etc

I made 3 tracks in the last 4 days...one a week should be fine with me though havent really bothered to try and master though, but I guess count me in!

Mines nearly finished,hopefully have it uploaded tomorrow or the day after,i think the drums thing should be fine too though.Sampling a live kit still counts as an instrument dosn't it?I have just sampled a film score but only certain elements and the drums were one of the elements.

You'd be surprised how many tune ideas occur to me in the shower
