Medi will be sick in Mungo's. Good decision swapping DMZ to clearing as well imo as the system in the harbour was pony. Hoping Yunx does a d&b set on that Exit takeover as well

DMZ being in Mungo's is the obvious choice, it was so so poor last year on main stage, walked off after a couple tracks.

it's on the clearing stage though. wish it was in mungo's, but clearing should be decent. phaeleh on that system was absoluetely sublime last year.

I don't reckon DMZ would work on one of the enclosed arenas like Mungo's/Fort 1, it was one of the most packed sets last year and there would be mad queues if they were in an enclosed arena (albeit with a better system)

Clearing is a good choice, much better soundsystem than Harbour but still open & spacious, busiest thing there last year was Bonobo DJ set & it was still weighty whilst busy.

^although saying all this Medi @ Mungo's is gonna be rammed gonna get down there early for the duration.

I even have a friend driving there after Carnival but I need to sort my life out and get a job up london instead of going on long trips all over the world

That and I think I spent a grand going to Dimensions.

Spending this week getting new dubplates ready to cut for Outlook Festival which is only a couple of weeks away now..

I'll be performing on the DMZ takeover of The Clearing stage on the Saturday night, as well as a Gorgon Sound 'sound clash' with our good friends Pupajim - stand high patrol on the Thursday night..

I was proper gutted when I found out about that!!

The lineup at outlook is always going to be sick but the vibes last year were a bit shit IMO. Might go back in a few years when it will be all exciting again.

It was in Mungos year before and it was roadblock. Queue was trailing well back...one in one out, an hour+ to get in...probably why they moved it.

However Mungos is my favourite arena for atmosphere and the main stage is not as intense really.
