tl;dr so dunno if this has been said or not but:
1. stopping immigration won't solve the problem of illegal immigration
2. immigrants won't all get shitty minimum wage jobs, not even a majority
3. generally, the shitty minimum wage jobs that you think immigrants are unrightfully occupying are the ones the citizens of said country don't wanna do or are asking more to do it
