I reckon Loxy would've been shot during the War for being the biggest collaborator.

and I'm not even sure that's exhaustive (!)
I'm not a junglist but I vaguely remember a great piece of dubstep Loxy + Resound did in a mix.

Think that goes to either Dom or Dylan. Dylan basically worked with everyone who released on any of his million labels. Which is like half the drum & bass scene.
And all those collabs Dom did with Roland. Could fill a whole discography m8

SAFETY BULLETIN
On Monday, October 28th, at approximately 2:00 p.m., the University of New Hampshire Police Department received a call from a resident in Williamson Hall who reported observing a male subject in a female’s bedroom. The male party was reported to be standing silently at the foot of the bed. The first instance was observed several days ago, but only reported to police today. Since that time, additional residents have reported similar occurrences during the early morning hours.
