I had a similar situation on wednesday morning. I'd had some poorly cooked salmon, my fault entirely lol, on tuesday and then I woke up at around 5 am with a weird stomach ache and a cold sweat. Tried to take a dump but nothing came out, so I just laid on the bathroom floor and passed out for a bit.

I didn't shit myself, but to say it was unpleasant would be understating.
