Nah, they're just a benefit I get from the company here. Free food, can be used in any restaurant/bar/cafe in Spain that has the symbol for the vouchers in the window. Which is 90% of them from what I've seen.

There is a trade off - I've lost my subsidisesd gym membership that the UK provided me, so the free food is offset against the 60% discount from that.
