me and my composition teacher had a really in depth discussion about confidence boost, it was awesome it was my first time at the class so he's like show me some of what you listen to and I had just come from a free block where I was cycling through all of james blake's tunes so i threw that one on and surprisingly he liked it

exactly, and he was into modern classical music which is actually sort of on the same weird experimental tip - he described it as "building up expectations in the track and then not following them" which I really liked

all i said was tension - that includes tension that gets resolved

but yeah, it is interesting how jb can keep you on your toes by not doing so. almost awkward at times, but its delicious
