Before I moved to Somerset, I lived on an estate in Lincolnshire where all the roads were named after Imperial/Colonial stuff and British war heroes. Odd. We lived on Viceroy Drive; there was a Mountbatten Avenue, Independence Drive, Burma Avenue, Wimberley Way and [Ned] Kelly Close.

Must be fun coming up with new street names!
