ok so great u had an epiphany.

i never thought rocky was a lyrically good rapper but i like his sound and flow and the whole product as in flow and tone of voice + hella fresh beats (by the standards of 2+ years back, still sound good tho) + the image and some of his lines make up a pretty nice result

Thing is though, everything except his actual mic skills is top notch. He picks out fucking fantastic beats, he's great at building a franchise, always has sick clothes, does features with the right people etc. so he gets along great.

I'm beginning to realize A$AP Rocky is a pretty shit rapper. Obviously he's not lyrical at all, and that's cool, but still, he doesn't deliver the hard shit as slickly as a lot of other guys either. Lines like "yes I'm the shit, tell me do it stink" are cringeworthy. And the flow he does so often where he stretches out his words like "Getting real disrespectful calling women beeeetcheees" is so bait.

Because thats what theyve always been called. IMO why are mixtapes even called mixtapes when no one has really mixed one for like 15 years?
