I like to mix it up a bit, front to back sometimes, back to front sometimes and sometimes i just jump in the shower afterwards.

They have those in every toilet over here but ive always been too scared to try it, theyre too powerful, ill end up squirting a pint of water up by arsehole and making a mess - public toilets here have water everywhere! even ceilings.
