every time i order pancakes i think i want them so bad, and by the time i eat half of them i feel disgusting and full of.... cake. Cake is not a sufficient meal item. its desert.

oh is it? Madness, I always just thought lemon and sugar was the standard! Give it a go man, big things! Sugar it when its flat in a pretty big way, then lemon it so its all dissolvedish. Then roll it up and repeat in reverse! Soak that sucker in lemon juice then coat it in sugar like a weetabix...

Fuck, not sure I can wait till tomorrow now lol

butter and breakfast syrup (preferably real maple syrup), is how its done here. But like i said i can't do that for actual food. I get headaches from that much sugar
btw, is tomorrow international pancake day or something??

nope its pancake day in England. Stems from when (Xians) people would use up all their dairy before beginning the Lent where they would have to give it all up

Brandied raisins are great too: http://dutchfood.about.com/od/drinks/r/ ... tanas.html

I never make savory pancakes at home, but a restaurant near me has some great choices. Always tastes like it would be
well complicated too make though :)
