i agree, but i'm pretty sure that quote isn't einstein. he was a compassionate dude, no doubt though, so it's probably not far from the truth.

just saying that no one can prove he said it is all.
einstein was neither a dietician nor an ecologist, but being veg made him feel good so there's something to be said about the personal benefits of vegetarianism.

word thanks....ill have to look it up. sad part about the man, is that he refuses to really even listen to anything about the meat industry and why its bad for you and the environment and every other reason i can think of. but if i can get him to watch that somehow, ill have to update yall on if he even changes a bit.
i just cant even understand how people just assume its good for you because they sell it in stores and restaurants....they dont question it. i mean a lot of people will eat anything out of a box or that is called chicken or hamburger or something. i just dont know if society needs to do that whole...going along with the flow thing anymore. everyone questions everything anymore. why not question what youre putting in your body?
you are what you eat.
