Pre-order, yes. It's still available at Redeye, though.
Well I got it from rubadub, but usually its like pre-order and it saves it so you can buy it the day its released, but this one it let you buy it, even though it says its pre-order and it dont come out for ages!
No idea mane, I think Redeye will ship the pre-order the day of its release..the same probably goes for Ruba

That's crazy! That was in stock for so long as well. I got that Two Inch Punch - Love You Up/Love Love piece for about £2 off redeye the other week and that was going for £20-odd quid on there.
Disappointed some discog sellers the other day, saw that Adele - Rolling In The Deep (Jamie xx Remix) was up for £50 odd quid from a few sellers, left a message on there saying that it had been repressed and was in stock on Juno haha. Prices have plummeted.
