The film could have been more or less of some quality until the casting director finds cage a part and all goes to pot.

I mean windtalkers....fuck me he's annoying.
This has all been said before. Also that Raising Arizona and Wild At Heart are actually really really really good films.

There was that one with Nichole Kidman on a stage set...
but that was more an "interesting failure" than crapulous.

Step away from the Internets.

Anyways, here's the definition of a film that's so bad that it's good. It's an Irish (yes, Irish) martial arts film from 1998.

Image

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fatal_Deviation

Fatal Deviation is a low-budget cult film produced and set in Trim, County Meath, Ireland. Produced in 1998, it enjoys the distinction of being Ireland's first full-length martial arts film. The film stars real-life martial arts enthusiast James Bennett. Despite proceeding straight to video without a theatrical release, Fatal Deviation has through word-of-mouth become a much sought-after release and, indeed, something of a cult classic. Admirers cite its unusual and enchanting rural setting; its extensive use of local individuals with no acting experience or training to fill key roles; the protagonist's many memorable one-liners (e.g. "Fuck you and your gun, ya prick"); and the undeniable charisma and magnetism of its star. The film is also notable for its many plot holes, continuity errors, incoherent dialogue, badly-dubbed sound effects and a scene involving the consumption of cocaine using a Dunnes Stores Value Clubcard.

It's on youtube in 8 parts, first part is here.

I watched this film last night and it is seriously one of the best things I have seen in my whole life.
Yes! It is hilarious. If just to see the performance of Mikey from Boyzone. To paraphrase Dennis Pennis, he was so wooden it looked like someone had thrown a chair in front of the camera.

Recently watched 'The Ruins'. Some mildly jumpy bits but pretty much shite all round.

this is the ONE. the opening credits are a masterpiece

The Quick and the Dead
would have to be the most
improbable waste of celluloid.
Sharon "Pubes" Stone as a gunslinger?
Russ Crowe taking it seriously...
Other iconic actors taking the dough
while extras ****** behind cardboard sets.
A pile of steaming faeces.

The worst film I have ever sat thru was "Roller Blade Seven", a friend of mine told me I should watch it they had purchased it knowing it was so bad and had never made it all the way thru, I took up the challenge to save them the hassle of watching it thru...

I wish I hadn't , it was years ago and it haunts me still...

I believe this is the right info

This.

Love the Irish Monk doing the old master martial arts training, think they got their cultures a bit mixed up there.
