Well. This all seems so constructive.
I actually had the fortune of meeting this tnuc flap over this past weekend.
My guy Kamikaze booked me and the rest of the Paranoid Inc crew to come down and play a show. Parallel had a bad feeling about the gig and stayed home. MC C. Rockafellon and myself drove 12 hours down there for gas money to play a show and kinda spread the new crew name around.
The show was dead. Maybe 20 people. Half of which were the dj's and their crews. Pretty awesome turnout for a guy who runs a label that is supposedly on the up-and-up and doing big things or whatever.
This was supposed to be a tag team set for over an hour. He gave us 45 minutes (probably because he knew he hadn't promoted for shit and nobody was going to be showing up. And even if he did promote... you couldn't read the fucking flyer to save your life). Needless to say, I was a bit shitty.
I asked about maybe getting a few drinks. Didn't seem unreasonable considering how far we drove for gas money just to end up at a shit hole-in-the-wall club playing for the other dj's. Got a negatory on that... naturally.
After the show I decided to go ahead and call this douche nozzle out on his business practices since I didn't realize that he was the famed Prolific (really? bad name choice) until after the fact.
He proceeded to talk a bunch of garbage and try to get me to give him a run down of all the names of people who informed me about this shit. I told him he didn't need to worry about who told me... just that people are talking. He tried to give me the same excuse about wires getting crossed and all.
I can understand communication problems. But when it comes down to it... if you're running a label and you're supposedly on top of shit; it seems to me that you would have gotten physical contracts. Maybe even actually show some tact and talk to the artists you want to release.
Releasing tunes based off word of mouth from a third party is just fucking ignorant.
Based on what I've seen on here and first hand experience with playing one of this guys shows... He's a fucking wanker. And who wears a winter jacket in March in Florida any-fucking-way?
Dude... you live about ten hours too far north to be this much of a south beach looking/acting bitch.
It's probably a good thing I didn't have any drinks... I might have taken it to the stupid level. 'Cause I can be an asshole like that from time to time.
Is that 'dis' tune against my boys at Dubfront going to be on this super amazing EP?
'Times are hard right now'
I guess that's why you drive an Infinity coupe huh?
And yes... good God... some paragraph breaks would be fucking aces!!
For a bunch of professionals you guys strike me as a bunch of junior high kids trying to do anything to look cool so you can get your dick played with. I'm from Indy... trust me... I know that type of promoter. Boh!!
Anyway... big ups to Abz and DLX on the massive tunes. Bass at it's best as always!

although, I don't think anything short of couscous rhymes with it...
haha...
I don't think he had the man juices to put a name on there. Basically just saying that they don't jack tunes and the un-named person(s) ain't running shit but some little bullshit out of Chicago.
Which cracks me up 'cause obviously Chi has waaaaaayyyyy more going on than that bitch does.

I'm Kamikaze. My boy is tha Doc. Prolific is a lil bitch. We couldn't even get A (singular) beer from the dude. "Times are tough" while rolling away in the Infiniti, wearing a button down shirt and a fucking cigarette jacket. Trust fund baby like the rest of them in the Panhandle. Shit, dude talks about work. Shit MF I work! I'm a music supervisor for a TV show, I work as an audio engineer, I work a 9-7. My watch costs more than your (parent's) car payment. My shoes cost as much as your fucking furry jacket. But since you act like a "corporation" I'm gonna show you how it is.thaDoc wrote:I actually had the fortune of meeting this tnuc flap over this past weekend.

The dude had the audacity to slam Chicago. The whole fucking city. I found this out after the show. Had I known, he would've had a knife across his cheek. I'm from Chicago. He'll get his. I got his address (dumbass) so I'm gonna send some hitters to do the work.
Also, the dude (first thing out of his mouth) says that the club owner is a child molester. The dude is hanging out with fucking lil kid touchers. Maybe he was touched as a youngster and longs for that feeling. Probably.
I was to bring Arsenic from Indy. Jimmy backed out. I know Jimmy's situation, he's the coolest fucking dude but he's in tough times. He sent me a buncha tracks to play for him but Prolific was shitty. Yeah it's not "Arsenic" but I'm playing his shit. And Jimmy woulda been shit faced anyways if you know him (well.....maybe not if there was no free beer).
I don't really like dubstep, no offense to anyone, but I'm an electro artist. And for this dude to claim the hottest "electro" tunes being released on his label is an insult. He has not done SHIT in the electro world. He doesn't know good electro. He's a fucking moron and a fucking lil rich bitch that takes everything for granted.
To sum up, Prolific will get his. I have no beef with any of the cats I met there. Atreus is the shit. No problems. But lil rich boy will get his comeupings real quick. I don't post on here, I just registered to post this. So any response will be unheard.
Peace
